It's a lazy snow day kind of show this week. Ginny and Charlie share their adventures from the week and then make an immodest amount of Blood Mary for a taste test on the best spirits to use. They close with a song from the Scottish band Texas which features Alan Rickman.

Charlie and Ginny Tonic didn't start out to make a David Bowie episode but that's how it ended. What started as a short chat evolved into a discussion of the impact of Bowie's music, style, creativity and legacy. From his final songs to the ways in which the artist has played into each of the hosts lives, it's a story with a song and Ziggy played guitar. There's also some storytelling, an amazing cocktail and a deeper look at Eyes Wide Shut before it's done.

It's 2016 and we are all still here! This week Ginny and Charlie rang in the new year with the Ball of the Beasts at Urban Artifact followed by a kick-ass afterparty and an even better dim sum breakfast the next day. After that they discuss Facebook's newsfeed and the economic divide in television before finishing with some Crown Royal and a song from Ford Theater Reunion. It's all in a day's tonic.

On the last show of 2015 Ginny and Charlie share stories from their holidays, discuss recent triumphs and talk about the highlights of their year both personally and culturally. The show finishes with a Brown Derby Cocktail and two songs from Patrick Wolf. There's also a bit about a pug and two ducks.

This week Ginny and Charlie talk about what everyone is talking about: Star Wars The Force Awakens. In this spoiler-free review they give their opinions and perspectives before getting into the details of the weekend. They finish with an appropriately festive pomegranate gin and tonic and an appropriately depressing Christmas song from Tom Waits.

This week Ginny and Charlie get you caught on up their epic weekend which took them everywhere from a Slow Food Cincinnati Event to a female Rage Against the Machine Cover Band to Santa Con before they ended up at a Ford Theatre Reunion Concert. Then they discuss why we dress the way we do, make a Boulevardier for this week's drink and serve up the music of M. Ward. Enjoy!
