This week we flash back and visit Alpha Brewing Company. Alpha hit St. Louis in the spring last year in what appeared to be a thriving St. Louis craft beer scene. They have a few standard brews but heavily rotate their tap list experimenting with some solid tastes. Ginny and Charlie were NOT disappointed by their brews in the least. Quite tasty as these two try all but one that was bottled rather than on tap. Your short shot of alcohol to kick off your weekend even includes an interview this week!

Rarely does a brew take center stage on the Charlie Tonic Hour, but this week that is the case. That said, the brew in question, Dogfish Head's Bitches Brew. is not the entire story. In fact it leads to a chat about the reality television series Brew Masters, the nature of reality television and a bit of a side walk into Miles Davis' album Bitches Brew (for which the beer was crafted to celebrate). It's all related, it's all Tonic and it's all here for you to enjoy! 

Ginny and Charlie love it when friends bring them beer and this week it’s a homebrew that stands out as a winner. Matt and Nancy share a Triple Belgium mixed with an IPA that went over well. Even better, Ginny sits down with these two over at the Old Kentucky Bourbon Bar so they can share even more of the story!

Charlie and Ginny are back with a new show this week as they discussed the finale of the long running How I Met Your Mother television series. Charlie adds a recommendation for a new show he's been watching then the conversation turns on a dime to porn. Specially, Vivid's porn parodies of pop culture and comic book movies. He's been getting some interesting press releases lately and he wants to share a few stories. The two close with a solid drinks segment and some unexpected music.
