A new era has begun with The Chasing Daylight Podcast!

I welcomed in a new co-host, Joe, from @hittingreens. We're starting a weekly show we're tentatively calling The Weekly Walk, where we discuss what's going on in the world of golf either from our escapades or things like the PGA Tour, World Ling Drive, PGA Shows, and wagering.

In this first episode of The Weekly Walk, we talk about the 3M Championship, the upcoming WGC Event at TPC Southwind, our outing at Primm Valley GC as well as the SNGA Social Series we attended.

Also, we introduced a new segment, where we each spotlight an Instagram account we've either found or have been a fan of for a while. We're calling it:

Look at this Instagram

This week it was

• Joe - @golfballgallery
• Matt - @thewinstoncollection

We wrapped things up with some love for our show sponsor, Good Walk Coffee Co, and talked about some upcoming interviews we'll be soon releasing.

Thanks for tuning in and if you haven't already, please go like and subscribe to the show!

The Chasing Daylight is the official podcast of The Breakfast Ball Golf Blog

This show is for the casual golf fan who occasionally likes to nerd out on the game's different topics. Look for interviews from insiders within the industry, banter from their opinions on golf's current state. And discussions about headline topics like the Major tournaments and the hot new clubs hitting the shelves. Real talk, from real people who play the game.

Be sure to give us a follow on Instagram as well: @chasingdaylightpodcast

This recording was lost. I looked everywhere for it, and I was devastated that it never made it to the airwaves. You'll find out why as you listen.  But what was once lost has now been found!

Ryan and I recorded this final sitdown with the two of us the day after they canceled The Players. COVID was still a relatively "new" thing, and none of us had any idea what was really in store for the game of golf or the world for that much. Remember that as you listen.

There are some typical "HOT TAKES" and "TRUTH BOMBS" you all have come to love, but much like the beginnings of this show, we just sat back and chatted golf.

Sit back and relax and enjoy Ryan's last appearance on the Chasing Daylight Podcast as a host!

It happens to us all, even the guys who get paid millions of dollars. A lousy round is inevitable, and mine showed up yesterday when I least expected it. However, some good came out of it, and I'd love to hear what you all think.

Chime in with a comment if you understand where I'm coming from in this solo rant, and let's see if together we can make the game more enjoyable for everyone!

This was an absolute joy for me. As a former freelance photographer, the world of photography has a special place in my heart. What Brian and a lot of the other popular photographers are doing now, especially in the golf realm is unreal. Brian has a unique eye and I've been a fan of his for a while. It was a pleasure to chat with him for nearly an hour and a half and learn more about his journey and where he's going in the future! Pop open a cold one and kick back for this one unless you're driving! As I said, it's a long one, but I think you'll heavily enjoy what he has to offer in this episode as much as I did! Be sure to check out Brians's website!
