This week we're recapping the 4th of July weekend! We both kept it pretty lowkey this year. Amanda spent the day around the house and then watched the biggest fireworks show in CA (allegedly) from Ruth's Chris. Britt had a pool day and then watched fireworks from a rooftop bar in Sac (you'll never guess where). This week we're recapping the first few weeks of summer! Amanda got her first sunburn of the season out of the way but has been enjoying a lot of beach time, hot girl walks, and bike rides. She's well on her way of wedding planning now but is still finding time to hang out with friends and enjoy a fun summer! Last weekend, she was at a Love Island themed birthday party in LA. Meanwhile, Britt is clocked into Love Island UK like it's her full time job. Outside of her favorite show being back on, she found herself at an A's game, concerts in the park, and a lot of restaurants these past few weeks. Enjoy catching up with us!

This week we're officially kicking off the first few weeks of summer! Amanda has been enjoying BBQs, bonfires, and dog birthday parties in San Diego. She also celebrated Mason's birthday and went to see the new Lilo & Stitch movie. Britt spent the weekend wine tasting in Napa and gives her review of the three wineries she went to. Then, the following weekend was Lyndsey and Noah's engagement party! She finished off the weekend with the Beale Air Show and a gnarly sunburn.

This week we're chatting about Amanda's Italy trip! This is a long time coming (actually only like two weeks), but she's finally settled back in San Diego and ready to do the full trip recap. We go city by city in chronological order and give all of the details about the restaurants, museums, and other activities they did in each place. This is seriously the ultimate Italy guide if you're thinking about planning a trip. Also, the biggest and most exciting part of the episode is the announcement that Amanda and Mason are ENGAGED! Mason proposed in Cinque Terre and Amanda tells the whole proposal story in this episode. Everyone is SO HAPPY to see them making the next steps in their lives together and I (Britt) could not be more excited!

This week we're back with another life update! It has been a whole month since we last recorded together. This week we're back with another life update! The last two weeks have been full of activity for the both of us. Amanda has been busy packing for not just her upcoming Italy trip, but also to move! In the middle of that, she found time to come home just in time to surprise her dad for his airplane-themed birthday party (not to be confused with a child). Britt has been hard at work checking films off of her "to watch" list. In the last two weeks, she made it through Pulp Fiction and both volumes of Kill Bill.
