I want people to start seeing themselves as a character in a game or film, a character that can be customised and try new things and have more fun with the small things in life, like your order at a coffee shop. Start spicing up your character and adapting new habits and hobbies, put yourselves out there!

Social media is something we now consider as normal, a daily aspect of our new lives. So, in this episode I discuss all things to do with online, I talk body image, 'perfect' lives and also topics such as using social media as a job. And although it feels slightly hypocritical of me to speak about this on an online platform, I want this episode to allow us to become more aware of the impact that online is having on us. 

In this episode I discuss ideas and topics surrounding being a university student. I try my best to give advice to those who have just applied, and also try and help some people who are already studying. Although not all topics were able to be discussed within this episode, I want your uni struggles to feel recognised and relatable from someone (me!) who is also in the same boat. 

In this first episode of 'THE CHAT SH*T SHOW' I discuss how I started this podcast, why I started it and what I would like It to become. I also cover some topics that people sent in on instagram which include things such as procrastination.
