I have a LIST of nicknames, I'm a panda in another life, I can't drink milk without ice, I would rather be cold than hot and my final meal would be Cheesecake Factory avocado egg rolls and my dad's steak.

Today's episode is a little more heavy - I am going to be talking a little bit into my mental health journey and my healing. I have struggled with anxiety since I was a little kid and depression since high school. I want to share my story to help others not feel so alone and to see through my healing journey, there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

The first half of today's episode is sharing my experience with a mental illness and the second half I talk about my healing journey and my 2 biggest pieces of advice that really helped me heal!
