As some of you may know The popular true crime podcast ‘Dirty John’ turned TV series was *completely* addictive.
What’s crazy is it is also completely true. The actress that played the daughter ‘Terra’ in the TV series was Julia Garner but today I have the real deal, the actual daughter and survivor Terra Newell behind the true story is dishing it out today.

Since grief is such a wide topic that covers so many kinds of losses and an almost infinite range of emotions, there isn’t a single grief definition that covers it all or even a grief journey that shares it all.
The key fact is when someone important to us dies, it represents an end to what has been familiar for us, and we must adapt to that new—usually unwanted—reality of our new normal.
I sat down with Sharon Huges recently as a guest on her show, Living a limitless Life Podcast and shared my story and defined grief from my personal and professional experience. I wanted to share it with you today because I know it will bring understanding and peace to someone who has been searching for it.

Can Rejection Be Your Protection? Yes!
Rejection tends to turn us inward in a negative way -- causing us to feel unworthy, flawed, not good enough, unlovable, frustrated, confused, angry, sad, etc. -- which can get us painfully bogged down in paralyzing self criticism but what if we saw the Rewards from Rejection?

We can make a shift to being mindful at any time. In fact, most of us are likely do this many times every day, albeit unintentionally. But we don’t sustain mindfulness for more than a few seconds before we go right back to being our thinking again.
As a result, we don’t see much benefit, just as we wouldn’t see much benefit from running for 30 seconds a few times a week. We need to make the effort to intentionally become mindful and sustain that mindfulness for long periods of time to realize the benefits of mindfulness practice.
I am sharing a powerful 7 Step Process to get you rollin today!

Friendships have a huge impact on your health and happiness. Good friends relieve stress, provide comfort and joy, prevent loneliness and isolation, and even strengthen your physical health. But close friendships don’t just happen.
Many of us struggle to meet people and develop quality connections. Whatever your age or circumstances, though, it’s never too late to make new friends, reconnect with old ones, and greatly improve your social life, emotional health, and overall well-being. Sometimes letting go of old friendships is like letting go of family however, if you're in a toxic relationship it's best to part ways.
Today Lisa & I are chatting it up about Old and New Friendships.
