I connected with Anna a while ago while starting my journey into coaching and creating an online presence. Whenever Anna and I have bounced ideas off of each other there has always been a strong connection and flow of wisdom, so it was an honour to have her on The Chi Podcast. Anna was previously a researcher within the tech industry and after experiencing burnout she set her sights on helping others avoid the same fate.
