ABC's Alex Stone - More Americans are flying than ever before during the pandemic. Yesterday, the FAA proposed the largest fine to a passenger this year - $52,500 for a man who tried to open a cockpit door and punched a flight attendant.  Also those who refuse to wear masks on planes are being fined thousands of dollars. The head of the FAA told ABC News we should all be concerned about the uptick in unruly passengers.
