In this episode, I talk about the trade between the Rams and Dolphins. Miami Dolphins have acquired Corner Back Jalen Ramsey and for that the Dolphins look like they can be a problem for other teams in the AFC East. With Ramsey on this team the championship mindset that he has and also with veteran leadership   he can help this team on the defensive end get better and better

With the NBA trade deadline approaching the Brooklyn Nets didn't hesitate to make adjustments to their roster. After trading their star point guard Kyrie Irving to Dallas, the plan was to build a team around Kevin Durant. Due to not getting any satisfactory for KD the Nets ended up trading him to the Phoenix Suns. With KD finally getting to a team he was still interested in playing for throughout the time the nets were dealing with Kyrie off the court issues KD is now ready to compete for another title on a team filled with amazing players.
