In hour 3, Chris gets in depth on a story of Matthew Perna, a 37 year old who entered the capital on January 6th, and turned himself in to the FBI and pled guilty to the charges against him.  His sentencing was coming up, and he was facing 20 years despite his charges not being violent to people or property.  Then the prosecution asked to delay the sentencing to add more charges, and Perna killed himself.
