Central Planning STILL Does Not Work Lovers of democracy should not admire totalitarians who build bridges to nowhere with other peoples’ money. Central planners lack perfect information and perfect intent.

The Tax Cartel   Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen wants to form a multinational tax cartel that will increase corporate taxes that are paid by poor consumers. Christians favor lower taxes that decrease consumer prices and increase employment among disadvantaged groups.  

Monopolies always reduce the quality and quantity of the service provided, and this is exemplified in public education. Private education produces a greater supply, with increased quality.

The Christian response to two worlds is to find a community of fellow believers from which to gain strength.  That is how Christians can be in the world, but not of the world.

The free market price system more effectively distributes goods to the poor, because it increases the supply. Political economic systems distribute scarce goods to friends and family first via politics, not price.

Christians believe humans were created equal.  Secularists believe they make humans equal.
