Northern York County School Board in Dillsburg, Pa., voted 8-1 Tuesday against a parent's request to launch an After School Satan Club at an elementary school. New Horizons for Children, an Ohio-based Christian charity, has helped evacuate and shelter approximately 1,200 orphans from the war-torn regions of Ukraine since Russia began its invasion. Dede Robertson, the wife of televangelist Pat Robertson, has died at the age of 94. Nearly two months after filing a lawsuit over who controls the 12,000-member Celebration Church in Jacksonville, Fla., founding pastor Stovall Weems announced Monday that he has resigned from every role he had with the church. The parachurch ministry organization Youth For Christ has raised nearly $170,000 to help support 75 staff and volunteers who were forced to flee their homes amid Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
