Hey Guys and welcome back! But most importantly, WELCOME TO PODMAS 2023!!
Unfortunately, this is just a mini-series! I am hoping to be able to do a full 24 days in 2024!!
But for now, we have 6 episodes to share with you starting with today- day one featuring my mom. Links for everything in my IG Bio!!
We discuss the chronic illnesses she lives with and also dive into her perspective on the night I was diagnosed with Lupus!!!
*****Disclaimer: in the beginning of the episode I am talking about my dad and sister not showing up as much as my mom. I am SOELY talking about when I was first diagnosed in the hospital. Ovbiously my dad donated his kidney for me!!! I am only talking about when I was 13 and saying how my mom would come to all my appointments, etc.

Hey guys I know it has been a while!! I have missed you and I am happy to be back and chat with you guys!!
I also didn't directly relate this back to having a chronic illness. But you definitely can, and understand that it is okay to say no to things and choose yourself when it comes to not just mental health, but your illness as well.
Theres alot to unravel in this weeks episode and I hope you enjoy!!
