A New Chapter Begins!

Hello and welcome to Real Estate in The Adventures of parenthood was Cindy presgraves. So today I am going to be talking about a new chapter.

so we talk about we never talk about like the seller of the house as a realtor. I just went ahead and close on my first house by myself, I sold it. 

So look at the things that are advantageous now, before closing that chapter, or after closing that chapter, where is it going to take you in life. Because no matter what path you choose, there's a reason you walked away, or they walked. Or they want always, something better will come along, all you got to do is believe in yourself, and you got this, you totally have this. Keep that in mind. And I want to tell you this, again, closure happens after you accept that letting go and moving on is more important than projecting a fantasy of how the relationship could have been.

start a new chapter. Start a new beginning and move forward and believe in yourself. Regardless, you got this.

Buying A House My Personal Experience

Welcome to Real Estate and the adventures of parenthood with Cindy Presgraves. So, I bought a house, I sold a house and I had no idea that I was actually going to buy a house. So it was like love at first sight. So I walked into this house, and I was like, wow, I want to buy it. But I don't know if I'm gonna get approved.

Hello beautiful people.his is Cindy Presgraves with real estate and the adventures are parenthood. And today I want to talk about buying a house. 

Things that I've actually learned when buying a house if you've been divorced before. See, I told you I was gonna bring the divorce part. You need to make sure the divorce decree. So something that actually put me on the boat? Yes. So I was granted in the divorce decree that I am sole owner of the property. 

if you're receiving alimony, child support, make sure that you actually have that documentation. If you're if it's not, on a court order document, make sure that you have it through the Child Support Department of Child Support. Services, I think it is something that it's our state, not handwritten, I mean, it's not you have it, you have to have it documented. If not, you have to make sure that you have at least six months of it, that it's been that they paid that off every single month, so that you can actually use it, but that might be something else that you would have to do, you would need to talk to your lender.

today I want to talk about leads on and how to be on people's faces.
When you're in a business, you always want to be on top of mine. But how do you actually become that top of mine? How do you actually, like develop that long-lasting relationship life lifetime relationship completely. And that is really important.

that is one of the ways of putting yourself out there. Building content, building content, being in people's faces, making phone calls, video calls, well, yes, video calls to video text message, video, emails, emails. I mean, there's so many things, social media, you know, there's so many ways. So I hope this helped for you guys.

Market Date January 2022!

Lets I want to talk about the market update. I want to talk about the market update. So let's just go ahead and talk about how many, you know, people you guys think that the market is going to crash is not going to crash? It might correct itself? Yes, it will correct itself. But there are so many indicators that a lot of people are panicking, because, oh, no, it's going to crash. This is nothing like 2008. 

So if you're actually putting yourself out there you're looking to buy you're looking to sell, please let me know if you have any questions any anything because I mean the market is hard. And if you think we're not doing anything, hmm, you better check yourself. But this is any press raise with Cindy's Realty Group.
