In this episode I talk all about past life regression therapy and how it works. I talk about the process in which I help clients uncover past life memories through the subconscious mind. Past life regression is a form of hypnotherapy and the client is able to access information they usually can't during conscious awareness. I also discuss my 3 experiences during a PLR as a client, which are absolutely fascinating. I also discuss the differences between PLR practitioners and how everyone has a different style during the regression and the pros/cons of certain styles.

In this episode I discuss what is bisexuality and how I discovered I was bisexual at age 26, which lead me to coming out to the world and openly dating a woman for the first time. I discuss how I struggled with internalized homophobia due to living in a small, conservative hometown and how even when I unlearned homophobia..I still struggled to accept myself. This internalized homophobia prevented me from fully accepting myself and often lead to gaslighting myself if "I was really queer." In this episode I also discuss pansexuality vs. bisexuality and my personal distinction of why I don't identify as pan. I touch briefly on religious trauma and the impact it had on my sexuality and dating experiences growing up.
