#167: Lonni Alameda, Head Coach, Florida State Softball, recaps the FAU Parents Weekend Tournament in Boca Raton.  The game preview will include ACC rival Notre Dame.  The Seminoles will have eight games on ESPN3, with two games on ESPNU and one game on the SEC Network. The games on ESPN3 include home contests against Florida A&M, USC Upstate, Colgate and Auburn, as well as a road ACC doubleheader at Virginia Tech. #166: Cheri Kempf, Commissioner, National Pro Fastpitch, visits TCRS to discuss recent NPF happenings and the upcoming 2015 NPF Collegiate Draft which is April 1st at the CMA Hall of Fame in Nashville.  Heading into 2015, NPF has expanded into Dallas with the formation of the Dallas Charge.  The 2014 NPF season saw the USSSA Pride capture back-to-back league championships.  Commissioner Kempf Twitter, NPF Twitter, NPF Facebook.

#165: Glenn Moore, Head Coach, Baylor Softball, visits TCRS to talk about the upcoming Judi Garman Classic.  The Lady Bears will face Arizona State, Michigan, Pacific, Fresno State and Arizona.  Baylor enters this weekend (12-2).  Baylor made the trip to OKC reaching the semis before falling to the eventual 2014 WCWS Champion Florida Gators.  This season Baylor is led by Sr. INF. #162:  Peter Turner, Head Coach, San Jose State University, visits TCRS to preview the upcoming trip to the Pepsi Malihini Kipa Alho Tournament.  Coach Turner is the the winningest coach in San José State history, and the 2013 WAC Coach of the Year, and is in his ninth season as head softball coach at San José State University in 2015. He led his 2013 club to the first conference tournament and regular season championships in San José State history, and is one of two San José State coaches to lead his or her team to the NCAA Regionals after piloting the 2013 Spartans to the program's third postseason appearance. , Spartans Twitter, Spartans Facebook

Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Softball

#161:  Michael Lotief, Head Coach, Ragin Cajuns, returns to TCRS.  Earlier in 2015, Coach Lotief hit the 600 win mark.  The 2015 Cajuns squad is led by one of nation's top batteries in Sr, Pitcher, Jordan Wallace and Jr, Catcher, Lexie Elkins.  UL enters this weekend's Ragin' Cajuns Classic with a perfect (9-0) record after a quality win over North Carolina State and three quality wins over 2014 BIG Sky Conference Champion Idaho State.  Lotief has led his teams to over 40 wins in every season, eight seasons with 50-or-more victories, and a school-record 60 wins in 2004.  Under his guidance, the Cajuns have advanced to three Women’s College World Series (2003, 2008 & 2014), six NCAA Super Regionals and 12 NCAA regionals, including 2012 when the Cajuns hosted their first regional since before the three-round format was introduced. In his 12 seasons at the helm of the program, 12 players have gone on to garner NFCA All-American honors with four of those coming in the past two seasons, and 26 have earned NFCA All-Region accolades. Cajuns on Facebook, Cajuns on Twitter

#160: Kathy Van Wyk, Head Coach, San Diego State University Softball, joins TCRS to breakdown the Aztecs roster, recap the first couple weeks and preview the upcoming Mary Nutter Classic and the games for San Diego Classic I which will feature games against Florida, Oregon, Iowa State, Cal Poly and St. John's.  Coach Van Wyk is in her 18th season leading Aztec Softball and is SDSU's all-tme winningest coach, earned her fifth Mountain West Coach of the Year Award in 2014 and has led SDSU to 10 NCAA tournament appearances ('01, '03, '06, '09, '10, '11, '12, '13 & '14).  SDSU Twitter, SDSU Facebook.
