I keep seeing this big mistake that online fitness coaches make, and that is when they tell their audience that everything comes down to daily caloric intake. Or macros.  And this comes from not understanding why all these different types of diets exist in the first place.  And it makes you lose sales.  In this episode, I share what you should be doing instead (if you're open minded to hear that).

People think it’s some tactical things that make Facebook fitness ads work.  Like some specific targeting in ads manager. But if that’s true, why can’t everyone make this stuff work?   And why some make $2-3000 a month and others $80,000/mth with the same process?  In this episode, I reveal my findings to you.

So I started an online fitness coaching business with my former partner in 2019, we made about $4000 in 3 months, and then we realised we needed outside help. 

And so we invested in coaching programs, and so on the 5th of the business we made over $20,000. And within a few months we passed six figures, so we ran multiple six figures business.  And along the way, we joined coaching and consulting programs.
