This weeks show starts off with Antonio and Landon talking about his Helias career from the beginning as an incoming Freshman and what he learned from the upperclassmen during his first two years.

At the 4:30 mark Landon talks about his experience at the Final Four.

At around the 7:30 mark Antonio and Landon talk about  the difference between the type of team the Crusaders were his first three years as compared to this years team.

At 12:10 starting with Nathan Bax. They breakdown the key players on this years team.

At 21:30 Landon talks about the Helias coaching staff and the impact they have had in his life on and off of the court.

At 25:55 Antonio talks to Landon about how the college game is at a different level than the high School game and the Landon tells Antonio what he is looking for in a college on and off of the court.

At the 31:45 mark the talk turns to Landon’s recruitment up to this point.

At the 36:45 mark Antonio and Landon bring this weeks show to a close by discussing the upcoming District Championship Game between Helias and Rolla and what the Crusaders need to do to be successful in the game.

On the show this week our host Antonio Sykes sits down in the studio with the Jamestown Eagles head coach, Seth Thomas to discuss everything from their 15-1 record and player led practices, to his first student teaching postion at North Callaway HS. First off Antonio and Seth discuss the season outlook (1:10) a chat a bit about having players that are self motivated and focused on winning. Then they shift over and talk about a couple upcoming key match up's with the Fayette Falcons (4:10) who are currently ranked No. 5 in Class 2, and the Tuscumbia Lions. At (6:40) Seth touches on the Chamois Pirates and their All-State player Aaron Brandt, before jumping into a chat about Trenton Barbour (9:02) and his unique leardership for the Eagles. (11:18) Seth mentions the triple double that Garrett Wolfe recently laid down with 19 pts. 12 rebounds, and 11 steals. At (12:30) we learn about Austin Flippin and his high energy attitude combined with outside scoring ability and being a great defender. Then the conversation moves over to Seth's path that led him to Jamestown (18:55). At (23:00) into the interview we get to hear a little about Seth's Dad and Brother who both played a key role in his coaching life, before diving into Seth's take on scouting (25:00) and the use of film and apps like Hudl to get his team prepared. We wrap up with some AAU talk (33:31) where Seth talks about how he like to keep an eye on his AAU players Savion Thorpe & Braedan Wetrich of the Moberly Spartans as well as DaMani Jarret, Hudson Nilges (Jefferson City Jays), Landon Harrison & Xavier Skyes (Helias Crusaders) and also Tim Fick (Blair Oaks Falcons). On the show this week Antonio sits down in the studio with Tuscumbia head coach, Galen Hayes to discuss a wide range of topics from Class 1 High School teams to AAU basketball in Missouri. First they talk about Galen's path to success from playing high school basketball under coach Fred Norman (1:00) transitioning into student assisting at Missouri State (3:00) along side Bob Sundvold. Then they talk about the style of basketball being played today vs. the way the game was played back in the 80's, 90's, and early 2000's (8:15) whiich touches on player conditioning and weight lifting by individuals like Drew Hanlen (Pure Sweat Basketball) and Joe Rothweiler (Helias High School). After this, Antonio and Galen move into a discussion about AAU ball (14:10) and all of the avenues available to young players today. At (22:20) the conversation moves into Missouri Class 1-5 players and teams to watch, with key people being: Jim Scanlon (Rock Bridge), Josh Buffington (Helias Catholic), the Rolla Bulldogs, Blair Oaks Falcons, Southern Boone Eagles, and some individual commentary on Luke Hicks, Graham Moser, and Ethan Thompson with the Hallsville Indians.
