Tuesday Talks - On Relationships. New guest every Tuesday. Insightful, inspiring & interesting chats on relationships. No topic is off limits. What does it mean to be a man? 2. What is positive masculinity? - In my book – Single … which is actually around relationships – as I have two sons, I dedicated a chapter to raising kids, and a lot about boys. • E19 Justin Rhoades - Inside intel from a Former Federal Prosecutor in Los Angeles. Does crime pay?

Tuesday Talks with Justin Rhoades - Today we’ll be talking about crime, the legal system, and relationships that go wrong for youths and people who turn to crime. Does crime pay?

How do prosecutors think, and what happens when you get caught? How do personal relationships deteriorate? Why are the police and the whole justice system slow and blurry around the edges? Justin believes that, despite these issues, the heart of the system works.

The United States Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California serves seven counties, including Los Angeles. It covers nearly 20 million people, and by population, is the largest of the 94 judicial districts in the U.S. Justin Rhoades worked as an Assistant United States Attorney, which is a federal prosecutor who works for the US Attorney, who is appointed by the President.

  • E14 Rachel Seymour - Sex therapist for gender, sexuality or relationship diverse (GSRD) and LGBTQ+

Tuesday Talks features Rachel Seymour who is a psychosexual and relationship therapist. Rachel works with people from all backgrounds and walks of life, although she most often works with clients who fall into the category of gender, sexuality or relationship diverse (GSRD). That could mean someone is kinky, polyamorous, a sex worker, queer (or a combination!). Rachel Seymour works with people on a wide variety of issues: she sees couples who want to work on improving communication in their relationship; she sees individuals who are struggling to identify what they want sexually; she sees people who want a space to process their feelings more generally. Rachel works in an integrative way. This means she pulls from a variety of different therapeutic models, including humanistic, person-centred and existential. She also works through a GSRD lens - for example, Rachel believes that everyone (regardless of relationship style) can benefit from the skills developed through polyamory (for example communication). Rachel works both short-term and long-term with clients based on your goals and needs. You will work together to identify what you are looking for from a therapist, whether that is skills-building, a space to process difficult feelings, an empathetic ear, or sex education.
