I would like to start by asking you a question?  What does laughter do for you?  Laughter is said to enhance your intake of oxigen-rich air, stimulates your heart, lungs and muscles, and increases the endorphins that are released by your brain.  Laughter also actives and relieves your stress response.  Today we need as much as we can get.  And we will get as much as AaronThompson will provide.

Aaron Thompson is a comedian and also a former LAPD police officer who was discovered by Luenell, who is no stranger to our airwaves.  Mr. Thompson serves as a consultant on TV and film projects, using his law enforcement expertise to movies and TV shows ensuring authenticity.  He gives us shades of laugther that will bridge the gap that helps us heal our weary souls.

What does it look like to live your dreams?  Our next Best Invention Ever - YOU Spotlight guest is a woman who is living the dream, Eileen Carey.  An award winning pop/country singer is currently performing with one of Los Angeles' original new wave bands, The Motels at The Canyon Montclair in California on Friday, April 1 at 7pm.  To top that off she has also joined forces and partnered with one of the great names in stage make-up, Joe Blasco Cosmetics.  Additionally, she has a new single, "Dreaming With Me."
