Hello everyone!
Welcome back to another episode, I am so glad that you are here!
Before you click play, I would like to warn you that we are discussing eating disorder tendencies and mention weight in this episode, so if that is a trigger for you, please prioritize your mental well-being above all.
In this episode, Regan and I are going to be sharing our stories of our struggles with body image, disordered eating, and healing our relationships with food and our self worth. We will also discuss strategies to focus less on physical appearance in order to exert more of our energy towards more important things that we do as college students!
I hope that this message will help you heal from any past trauma with food or body image. Remember that you are unique, STRONG, and perfect just as you are!
Hey friends, welcome back to another episode!
This week we are tackling the topic of RESILIENCE! This is a trait that we all strive to embrace, but few people are truly able to sustain.
Especially in college, life is challenging. Whether that be relationships, hard classes, stressful family situations, or self-deprecation, we have probably experienced some form of hardship. Sometimes, we just have a bad day.....or week, which brings us to this week's question.
How do we overcome those awful weeks?! Katie will share her story of hardship and then describe what she did to embrace the heartache, seek support, and grow as an individual.
I cannot wait to share this fruitful conversation with all of you!
Hello friends!
Welcome back to another episode! You know what I think is insane? That 18-year old's are expected to know exactly what they want to do with their life the moment they graduate from high school! Chances are, your interests will shift and change, and many students lose interest in their original major. In fact, according to the National Center for Education Statistics, about 80% of college students change their major at least once during college. During this period of change, many students experience anxiety, stress, and confusion, and may not know what steps to take next.
Today I had the pleasure of talking to my friend Sawyer, who changed her major several times before finding her passion in the field of education. In this episode, Sawyer recounts the moment that she realized her original major was not her personal calling, the steps that she took to change her major, the support that she received along the way, and path that led to her true passion of teaching.
I cannot wait to share this episode with you all!

Hey everyone!!
I hope that everybody is staying warm as we head into November and the cooler months of the year. This week, we are talking about a topic that is not discussed nearly enough: homesickness! As college students, most of us will experience homesickness at one point or another, but how do we cope with the emotions that come with it?
This week I have Justin on the podcast, and he will be delivering you straight facts! As a college student attending a school nearly 5,000 miles away, he has dealt with homesickness during his college journey. In this episode we discuss how to cultivate a strong support system, create routine, and keep in contact with loved ones in order to feel the most at home!
I hope that you find this episode helpful and healing for your heart!
Hello all! I am super excited to share this episode with y'all because Joseph is about to drop some major studying hacks (hint: work smarter, not harder)!
Joseph is a senior at Harvard University and is home this semester due to COVID, but that has not stopped him from succeeding in his classes while simultaneously working 2 jobs.
In this episode, we discuss applying for school, how college study habits differ from high school study habits, creating a study schedule, and giving yourself grace during this chaotic semester.
I cannot wait to share this uplifting and encouraging message with you all!
This week I am interviewing my great friend, Mr. Trevor!!
Trevor has the gift of getting along with anyone and making everyone feel welcome, so I wanted to talk with him about roommates!
We have all heard roommate horror stories, especially when it comes to random roommates, but how can you make it work?
In this episode, we are going to dive into how to get along with new people, set boundaries, and flourish in any roommate situation!
I cannot wait to share this conversation with you!
We have all heard reasons why long-distance relationships don't work; it takes too much time commitment, it creates tension, there is a lack of transparency, it is expensive to travel to see one another....the list goes on.
This week, I am talking with my long-time friend Lauryn! She is going to spill the tea on her experience with dating apps, transferring schools, an unexpected breakup, and how all of these shortcomings led her to her current (long-distance) relationship!
Even if you are not in a long-distance relationship, Lauryn gives great tips on how to date smarter, what red-flags to look out for in relationships, and how make long-distance work! I cannot wait to share this fun conversation with you!
Hello! This past week I was in the infamous isolation housing because I was experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.
Luckily, I did not test positive for COVID, but I did test positive for driving myself insane by sitting alone with my thoughts in quarantine!!
This week I am here to share my experience and give you all some tips and tricks in case you are in a similar situation.
I hope that you find this helpful and somewhat humorous, thanks for tuning in!
How do I know if I've found "the one"?
This is a common question that many of us have wondered, especially over our college years. With all of the pressure to date and find your so called "forever person" in college, it can be hard to know where to start (even though you NEVER need another person to complete you!!)
In this episode, my cousin and her fiancé discuss their unique love story, from leaving the convent (that's right, she was going to be a nun) and the seminary to finding one another! They also tackle issues of loneliness, insecurity, and finding a sense of self before seeking validation in someone else. I cannot wait to share this episode with y'all!
Today I am having a wonderful conversation with my big sister, Kristina!
In this episode we discuss academic "failures", as well as how we have used our setbacks to cultivate later successes.
Kristina also discusses mental health, how to seek help, and the unfortunate stigma surrounding the topic.
We end the episode discussing what defines our worth and how we, as humans, seek validation. I can't wait for you to hear this fruitful conversation!
