Jason is a recent graduate from San Francisco State University, where he majored in Business Administration. Since June, Jason has been working as a program manager at Lime, but before then he most recently interned at Workday as a Product Management intern. Throughout the episode, Jason shares invaluable advice regarding breaking into Product Management without a background in computer science, finding internships throughout fall and spring semesters, and preparing for internships at technology companies.

Biniyam is a current junior at Claremont McKenna College, where he majors in computer science. During his time in college, Biniyam found his passion for entrepreneurship, starting two businesses all the while pursuing his studies. Throughout the episode, Biniyam gives into his personal interests and how he learned first to code, and how coincidentally he interned this past summer at Coursera, which helped him in his self-studies. Take a listen as Biniyam also shares valuable advice for students interested in software engineering internships, as well as those who are in the hunt for their first internship in college!

**Biniyam's key advice: Make sure to update your LinkedIn, and even if you don't have an internship yet, try to take on projects to show that you're proactive.

Julia is a recent graduate from USC, where she majored in Business Administration. Last summer, Julia interned at Lyft as a Search Marketing intern, where she interacted with an amazing team of diverse, genuine people, tackling one of the hardest problems of ride-sharing / food-delivery companies - acquiring drivers. Throughout the episode, Julia talks about the culture at Lyft, which was built on a vision of having technology bring people together, lessons learned during her classes in college (including "if you know how to help a company grow, they will definitely hire you"), as well as advice for the future generation of college students interested in marketing.

**Julia's key advice: Don't dwell on your rejections during recruiting (it happens to everyone!), and having a website can really help you differentiate yourself!

Malik is a recent graduate from Wharton at the University of Pennsylvania, where he majored in finance and marketing. Malik interned this past summer at BlackRock as a corporate finance summer analyst in New York. Join us in this episode as Malik shares his journey working under the finance operations support team, meeting mentors early on in his program by proactively reaching out, and ultimately deciding to accept the return offer for the full-time position!
