Justin is a recent graduate from Cornell University, where he majored in Hotel Administration with a minor in Real Estate and concentration in Finance. Justin interned in summer 2017 in Deutsche Bank's Asset Management division in New York. Throughout the episode, Justin talks about the differences between asset & wealth management, his summer project where he presented long and short decisions for an active fund under DB AM, and his interview processes!

**Justin's key advice: Try as many things as you can, since most of us don't know what we want to do in the beginning.

We invite Joey Wilson for the 8th episode of The College Intern.

Joey is a current junior at the California Polytechnic State University majoring in Electrical Engineering. This past summer, Joey interned in an Electrical Engineering role at Northrop Grumman, one of the largest defense contractors in the world. Throughout the internship, he mainly worked with the team focused on ICBM (intercontinental ballistic missile) back-up systems. Joey will be going back for another internship at Northrop Grumman this summer, and explains why he liked the company so much - from building connections across all levels and ages, to getting his voice heard even as an intern. Kushal is a current senior at California Polytechnic State University, majoring in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Having most recently interned at Tesla this past summer as a Cell Engineering, Business Development & Global Supply Chain intern, Kushal shares his experience at one of the most innovative companies around the world. Rahim is a recent graduate from UC Berkeley, who interned at Bessemer Venture Partners - one of the most prominent and oldest Venture Capital firms across the globe - during his junior year.
