This week's guest is Tyler, a young up and coming You Tuber who shares his advocacy for therapy, knowledge of CBD and personal research on Dreams. Of course, we also get into a pretty interesting conversation about social media's effects on mental health. While Tyler is not a clinically trained expert in any of these areas, he has done extensive research in these areas as well as previously worked in a CBD supply shop.
