Alex and J-L are back this week with what might be the best episode yet of the podcast. With the help of the Black Eyed Peas they start with the story of Warren Hill, the mentally retarded man about to be executed by the state of Georgia. The second story continues the shame of J-L's alma mater of Georgetown Law, as a graduate of the law school has been found guilty of lying about everything trying to get a job in England. The final story covers Chubby Checker's lawsuit againt Hewlett Packard regarding a penis-size app known as the "Chubby Checker."

The guys then interview Professor Brian Tamanaha of Washington University who has written the book Failing Law Schools, about the myriad of problems facing and created by law schools.

The guys then end with Good Cop Bad Cop with a new contest for a free t-shirt.
