She talks about how growing up in an unconventional home left her seeking attention through achievements and a deep sense that love wasn’t freely given, it was earned.

How she has turned those parts of herself from shame, guilt and validation seeking to healthy gifts that serve her life.

Today we talk with the spiritual gangsta Mika bruin. She is a medicine woman, reiki energy healer and has dedicated her life to sharing her Gifts to support others through their own dance with life.

Mika opens up and takes us on her journey of how she went from a seemingly traditional woman who practiced the predominant religion in Utah to a completely sovereign, medicine woman, channel and reiki healer.

We have a round table discussion on what “truth” really is and how to develop the confidence in yourself to follow your truth and how to give yourself the gift of grace and curiosity when life teaches you new lessons of truth along the way.
