Megan Tidwell went through one of the most tragic things that a person can experience in this life. What felt like just one "off" day for her husband ended in him taking his own life. A life that felt so solid and certain all of the sudden became anything but. Megan not only shares her story but talks to us about the epidemic of mens mental health that is happening right now.

Ashleigh’s joy was dancing until as a teen she got sick with an illness that baffled doctors who had given her very little chance of survival. She knew that wasn’t their choice but hers and she began to fight!

Overtime she healed from her illness and went on to become a professional dancer until her body flipped a switch again and the life of illness she thought she overcame showed up again. This time she knew she was going to have to be the one that figured out the answers for herself.

She went to work and started studying neuroscience (not an easy feat) and the brain body connection. Today using all the knowledge and tools she gained to overcome her own personal trials, Ashleigh blesses the world by sharing the information and helping others on their journey back to wholeness!

Jen coles is an incredible woman that found out she had MS at a very young age. She realized that not only were her lifestyle choices making her sick but her internal chaos from childhood trauma. Fed off with the current state of her health and life she decided she needed to heal herself. She got into breath-work and realized that was medicine not only to her nervous system but her soul. She loved it so much that she got certified to teach it and is now Utahs premiere breath-work specialist!
