So we skipped ahead to the Season 3 episodes that have the same theme of the undesirables of a community trying achieve reunification with the whole (often through terrorism). So three episodes were like that and then we also have a Romulan episode (finally). Thematic! Awesome!

Ahh, the gloriousnessment of season 3! Surely it's way better than TOS season 3, right? Right? Well... hmm. Actually, the inclusion of Bob Kelso does not hurt one bit. Plus we got a new starting and new uniforms and Dr. Crusher's back and everything! What a party! At the same time, these eps were sort of weak. But hey! The podcast is not weak! Not weak!

Hey, here's our big podcast about the freaking movie! It's a bit rough since we didn't edit it and we're without our usual theme music, but you've held through worse. One day your life has no meaning -- the next day you find God -- then the next day you discover that it's not God, but actually some weird alien creature who wants to hitch a ride with you -- then the next day you cop out the whole existence of God with some crap about the human heart or whatever. In this conversation we'll not only be referencing the movie itself, but also the Rifftrax commentary. Also we may mention just a little tiny bit about the commentary of Lord Shatner himself.

We can't believe this. The podcast is finally airing! It all started a few weeks ago, when J.R. was using an mp3 player with a horrible voice microphone on it to record the show. After spending a week trying to upload the files using Vista, he finally gave up and MAILED the player to Jon (just after recording next week's podcast). So apologies for taking so long. We only covered four episodes, but spent lots and lots and lots of time discussing them (and a bunch of other crap that has nothing at all to do with Star Trek).
Btw, since we recorded this so long ago, we were unaware of the recent spew of support we've gotten in iTunes reviews. We may have mentioned something about nobody reviewing us, but that's obviously untrue. Thanks wicked hard for all the iTunes reviews people! They'll help you get to Heaven.
