He explains how his ego began inflating, and he had to face himself and pursue humility. He shares that turning the focus from him to other people helped him embrace authentic leadership. Close to the halfway point Wayne asks Dave what inspired him to write his books, Dave then spends several minutes exploring his mindset that helped him write his story. This is a very informative episode for salesmen for learning traits of an effective leader, we hope to have Dave on again soon.

This episode of the Concierge Coaches Show Bruce and Wayne has special guest Anthony Burokas. He is a re-appearing guest and, along with Bruce, has experience with radios and online communications. Anthony shares how they could use their radios to help someone hurt at a festival. It shows how radios are effective in real life and are not just hobbies. He also goes over how cross-country communication is extremely helpful when power and cell service go down in an area. Later in the episode, Wayne asks Anthony what got him into the radio hobby and how long he has stuck with it. A point is how radios can be used for campus safety at different colleges. They also explain how radios are cost-effective and can communicate faster. In this episode of the Concierge Coaches Show, Bruce has on returning guest Dr. Susan Giddings. She is the co-author of "Unlocking Federal Time Credits" with Bruce. Both go over the FSA (First Step Act) process and how to acquire time credits so inmates can be released early from Federal Prison. Dr. Giddings also goes over halfway house placement and how inmates can work to their homes and eventually reach release. Though there are things in place to help inmates better their situation, a lot is based on their conduct and the accumulation of credits. Dr. Giddings further explains what things can negatively impact the credits and hurt the status of receiving benefits. Towards the latter half of the program, Bruce and Dr. Giddings talk about the political landscape that revolves around the first step act and how nothing is set in stone. This is a very informative episode especially for those who have family and friends within the prison system.

This episode of the Concierge Coaches Show, which features Bruce and Wayne, features special guest Ross Mandell. Ross was featured in American Greed and has completed his prison sentence. Ross now helps people through his financial coaching website and YouTube channel. Within the episode, Ross discusses the mismanagement of finances within the US government and the problems involved. He also goes over how the market works and the importance of insurance. Ross then pivots to discuss his early business years and how he worked the market and made lots of money. He addresses his prison sentence, how he was arrested, and the court trial. To this day, he is still trying to prove his innocence. Ross has taken the bad that happened and has now used it to teach business classes to help people make money and do it correctly. He considered entering the fitness industry during his early years but ultimately applied as a police officer in Tulsa, Oklahoma. On this episode of the Concierge Coaches Show, Bruce and Wayne have special guests Jeremy and Stephanie Gonser. They are part of a health and fitness company called Weight Loss Today. Jeremy and Stephanie have been married for 29 years and have been into fitness for decades. As we age, losing weight and keeping it off becomes more difficult, so they launched a company to help others lose weight and feel young again. While many of their clients are older, they work with clients of all ages and weight points. They provide medication to help clients lose weight and strategies for their clients to eat healthier and become active. Jeremy goes into depth about which medications work and which don't influence weight loss and their long-term health effects. An incredible statistic brought up is that combined at the 4-month point, their patients have lost 1,876lbs. Jeremy is a certified medic, but outside of that, he has studied the medicine and processes of weight loss medications working in concert with a physician, allowing this to be an effective service. Throughout the remainder of the episode, Jeremy explains in detail the benefits of the medications that are offered. This episode is great for everyone who is interested in living better and healthier lives.

decades of experience with law enforcement. Dave explains how working in a

detective unit is like a baseball team; each person has a role, and you can't

have too many of one person. They rely on each other and must have good

chemistry. Dave goes over the show's impact on the city and how politicians and

other inhabitants handle the fame from the show. Bruce asks Dave about some of

the cases from the show, including his favorite and least favorite cases. One

recurring place from the show is a QuikTrip; Bruce and Dave talk about the

different cases and the nearby homeless shelter. Dave is now retired from the

Tulsa Police Department and is currently working with Human Rights organizations

and working on writing a book. Bruce talks to Dave about writing his book, and

Bruce has on special guest Detective Jason White. Jason is a detective who appears on the show "First 48". Jason was exposed to law enforcement from a very young age, his father was a highway patrolman. When Jason was 18, he moved to Oklahoma and started working for the Baptist Burn Center, he did this for 6 years until eventually finding himself going through surgical scrub tech training. He would be in the medical field for 10 years before landing his first police assignment in Tulsa. Jason has been in the police force ever since and has become a strong team member within the homicide department. Bruce asks Jason questions about the show that fans have brought to Bruce. Jason talks about interesting parts of different episodes from the show and how things were run behind the scenes. Both also discuss how the Mobile Alabama Department left the show for political reasons. For Tulsa, the show has brought many positive attractions to the city. Jason explains how Tulsa's unit is very successful and which cases he enjoys solving the most. Towards the end of the show, Bruce and Jason talk about their respective shows and how they have been a huge blessing for both of their lives.
