In this presentation, Dr.Scotty will provide a balance of evidence and practical techniques rehab professionals can use to help clients reduce stress, anxiety and overwhelm. The rationale, assessment and implementation of breathing and heart rate variability (HRV) biofeedback will be highlighted and a new, powerful method of reducing stress/anxiety reactions, BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT), will be introduced.
