Lynn Kuo is an associate concertmaster for the Canadian National Ballet, she is also an international violin soloist. She went from dealing with tension in her neck which caused her to not be able to turn doorknobs to now becoming able to manage her tension in an instant. José Dias is a world-renowned pianist that has performed in several famous concert halls such as the Berlin Philharmonic, Cape Town Philharmonic etc. He went from starting piano late at the age of 12 in Fafe, Portugal to struggling with a crippling injury in his postgraduate studies in Switzerland to now lecturing pianists in Cape Town, South Africa. I had to have José on the podcast to talk about the struggle of getting through pain and what he does to manage it.
