Here are Karl’s tips for building healthy life patterns:
Get where your feet are, get present, and get some solitude.
Get sunlight in your eyes as you wake up or within the first 30 minutes.
Get hydrated - If you are someone that drinks a lot of water but still feels dehydrated then, Karl recommends adding a pinch of rock salt to your glass of water.Challenge: Apply the 5, 10, and 15 digestive rule!
5 - deep nasal breaths before you start eating to get your body in a digestive state
10 - seconds between each bite
15 - bites each mouthful
