The Confound Millennial

Season 3 Ep. 15: Last year hit us all pretty hard, some of us are still feeling the effects of it, but we're all still striving to make 2021 a better year for ourselves and everyone else. Today Stirvin gets to catch up with comedian and fellow podcaster Emma Kay and discuss what all has happened in a year since we first met, stepping out of comfort zones, and how difficult managing something like a podcast can be once the depression kicks in. Mental health is important yall, get your therapy, get your tattoos, and love life.
