Growing our inner man as we connect with God's Word
There's no need to elaborate upon the times & seasons we're living in because we're all living through these times & we're all experiencing different situations, circumstances, problems, challenges and difficulties and learning how to navigate our way through them.
Fixing our eyes on Jesus gives us a different perspective than those who don't know him. Even some church goers don't know Him .But for Christians, the bible gives us clear guidance to know that
#1 we're not camped out in the valley of despair &
#2 we realize that we're on a journey, passing through the valley of the shadow of death.
It's a journey so let's enjoy the journey by changing our perspective

John G Lake said," “In the beginning, man’s spirit was the dominant force in the world. When he sinned, his mind became dominant. Sin dethroned the spirit and crowned the intellect. But Grace is restoring the spirit to its place of dominion. When man comes to realize this, he will live in the realm of the supernatural without effort.”
Join with Pastor Juan in this teaching in which we learn the role of the Holy Spirit is to develop a clear understanding of, a stronger certainty in, a deeper love for, and a greater obedience to the once and for all meaning of the biblical text set before us.

Growing our inner man as we connect with God's Word
One thing is for certain and we've all come to realize and know is that being Christian, being a disciple of Christ, being a believer, does not mean that trials, trouble and tribulations will not come our way. Jesus never told us there wouldn't be sacrifices, in fact He told us we would have to pick up our crosses and follow Him.
We each have a cross to bear, our own personal struggles and dilemas, just as each of us have our own successes and victories. Even when we doubted God, even when we worried and became anxious, God remained faithful and brought us through but...
Wouldn't it be nice, if we grew to a place where we responded in unwavering faith, confidence and trust sooner rather than later.
That's where God sees us, in a place of victory, having remained steadfast confident and assured of His ability to intercede on our behalf and work all things together for our good. He's given us weapons and a position of authority to do just that and that's what we'll discuss in today's message.

2 Chronicle 5:14 The priests could not continue their service because of the cloud, for the glorious presence of the Lord filled the temple of God.
1 Corinthians 3:16 Do you not know that you are a temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?
This week's service took a different turn in that praise and worship was preeminent in that The Holy Spirit was leading Pastor Art to discard the program and allow worship to take it's course. This of course led to an abbreviated message in which the Spirit of the Lord exhorted us to make worship the cornerstone of our lives and a major weapon of our warfare against the wiles of the enemy.
Pastor Art citing a quote from Dr Myles Munroe, said , "Life without God’s presence was not His original plan for us. He designed us to know Him, living in close, intimate fellowship with Him. That’s why life is so difficult and unfulfilling for so many people. We are living without the one thing that is essential for our fulfillment and well-being. We are living without the continuous, enduring presence of God. Whenever you live without a vital, ongo ing relationship with God, you have no hope of finding true happiness or of fulfilling the purpose for which you were born. You simply cannot function properly and effectively outside the environment of God’s presence."

MARK 11:17
And he taught, saying unto them, Is it not written, My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer?
Not a house of preaching, Not a house of music, Not a house of politics but a house of prayer. This means that according to Jesus the primary activity of any place of worship dedicated to God should be prayer because that’s what we’re supposed to do most.
Why is prayer more important than singing and preaching? Prayer gives God permission to interfere into earthly affairs. In teaching us the model prayer, Jesus said we should pray to the Father saying, "Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven." Little have we realized the simplicity of the little statement is actually giving God permission to intervene into earthly affairs including our family, our finances, our health and every aspect of our lives. If we truly understood that principle, we would never stop praying.

The children of Israel crossed over from Egypt, circled around aimlessly for some time, then crossed over again into the promised land.
Throughout our lives there are many points where God is calling us to move forward or cross over into his promises. He creates open doors of opportunities, new territories, new blessings and new favor and it's all because God wants us to grow.
Although we often get distracted into believing our faith is about all about tradition, religion, empty customs and rituals, God wants us to know that our Christian journey is all about growth.
Part of the growth is recognizing when we're at a point of crossover, and realizing that God is summoning us to go in a direction that will lead us into a deeper understanding of His will, His way, His plan and purpose for our life
