The Conquer Cast

In this episode of the Conquer Cast, Trevor sits down with members of the Mountain Ops team to talk about the company’s Hunt Draw — a unique system that gives employees the chance to win guided and DIY hunts across the country and even internationally.

They break down how it works, why it was created, and how it’s shaped the culture inside MTN OPS. From first-time hunters to Africa trips, DIY elk hunts, and conservation efforts, this episode dives into why hunting means more than just filling a tag.

It’s about mentorship, family, conservation, and creating memories that last.

In this episode of the Conquer Cast, Trevor Farnes sits down with Christian Schauf, founder and CEO of Uncharted Supply Co., to talk about the journey from growing up on a Wisconsin dairy farm to building one of the leading preparedness brands in the country.

Christian shares how touring overseas and playing for U.S. troops in Iraq shaped his mindset around responsibility, leadership, and preparedness. What started as a simple 72-hour survival kit has grown into a nationally recognized brand now carried in major retailers like Costco and Bass Pro.

They dive into the realities of entrepreneurship, overcoming apathy in the marketplace, scaling a product-based business, and building gear that gives families real confidence in uncertain moments. The conversation also explores hunting adventures in South Africa and New Zealand, the power of deep friendships, the loss of a beloved dog, and how faith has quietly guided Christian’s life and business decisions.

This episode is about building something that lasts, showing up for the people around you, and choosing to be the kind of person others can count on when it matters most.

In this episode of the Conquer Cast, Trevor Farnes sits down with Devin Hess to talk about his journey through adoption, a near fatal neck injury, and the life changes that followed. Devin shares how breaking his neck forced him to reevaluate everything from career and identity to faith and fatherhood.

He opens up about leaving his job, navigating financial pressure, strengthening his marriage, and eventually stepping into a new path of helping families facing medical hardship. Through fundraising and storytelling, Devin has helped raise significant support for people in need while learning what it truly means to live with purpose.

This conversation centers on faith, resilience, family, and choosing to serve even in seasons of uncertainty.
