- Meditation for stress and overwhelm
If you catch yourself during the day in a state of overwhelm, or just plain crazy busy and you know it is affecting how you are operating, try this meditation.
It is my absolute favourite. I have taught this meditation to literally thousands and thousands of busy people, just like you and the feedback is always great.
Listen and try it for yourself.
If you have any questions at all about this process don't hesitate to reach out.

13 min - 3 ways to use meditation before you do a listing presentation
One of the most important aspects of making listing presentations is actually not a lot to do with real estate...
What it does have a lot to do with is being present to those you are talking to.
If you want them to respond to you as someone who "hears" them, who "understands" them and their needs, then being present is a huge start to getting the listing.
You can use this meditation and these thoughts just before you knock on their door or open a zoom meeting to talk to them, and you will be in the right state to take the listing.
Give it a go and let me know how it works for you...
