I talk a lot about, staying strategic and using strategic thinking to figure out what the pathway is for your business, what the vision is for your business. I don't believe that the devil's in the detail. I believe that the devil is actually in figuring out where you're going and what strategy you're going to use. And the reason that I said that is how are we similar to Netflix right now? It's a great analogy for using strategy and for us in the Real Estate industry.
