Creating a perfect business partnership takes understanding, effort, trust, and above all, a sincere desire to make it work. I’m proud to say that I partnered up with Taylor Peart whom I’ve been working with for more than 5 months now. Taylor is an entrepreneur, speaker, and transformation coach. She is also the founder of The Millenial Business Podcast where she shares with millennials how to live, lead, create, and earn like the most successful men and women in the world.
In this episode, we talk about business and life, and what it takes to create a successful business partnership. How does it feel like having a good business partner? We also discuss our opinion on having a University degree as an aspiring entrepreneur.
I can tell you one thing though that with this partnership thing, we’ve gone through a lot of mistakes. But along the way, we’ve learned and grown together. And we feel like we now know what it means to truly cultivate a relationship, how to sustain it, and how you should always aim to improve it. Communication is obviously the most important element of any partnership. But, defining your roles clearly will also help you set clearer boundaries and avoid misunderstandings.
In conclusion, a business partnership is a never-ending work in progress. But, at least for us, it’s completely worth it.
