  • 04. Growing Beyond the Need for Validation

    In today’s podcast...

    Sam explores Self Acceptance and feeling good within. We all want to feel good within, we all want to enjoy our bodies, but our self judgment gets in the way. What if you were the most valuable product in your world? Would you still settle for less? Would you still seek external validation in order to feel good?
    Sam dives in Self Acceptance vs Self Allowance and how choosing allowance is actually going to gift you the space to move beyond everything you believe to be wrong with you with more ease.
    Sam touches on how when we do self acceptance, we align and agree that something is wrong with us, and then either have to move on from it or find ways to manage it, which is all based off a lie to begin with. All judgment is a lie and invention, it’s not real and true, Sam states.
    Sam gives you plenty of powerful tools and take home practices to get you from feeling wrong, unworthy and not good enough, to acknowledging your brilliance and shining that to the world. So you can feel good within, without the need of validation from others.

  • 03. Showing The Hidden Side Of You

    In today's episode, Sam explores where we choose to hide ourselves in relationship. The weird authentic side that we fear to be seen.


    Either at a young age and/or from a past lover, we were judged and judged and judged until we chose to believe it to be real. Sam confronts this lie and gives the bold statement of "nothing is wrong with you, there never has been."


    Maybe it's a lack of trust from preventing us from showing our authenticity, Sam touches on trust in the Feminine and Masculine dynamics. “We can go "well I don't trust the person yet" as an excuse to be not be us, but really it's you're not willing to vulnerable enough with you to let yourself be seen.” Sam states.


    Sam challenges you to look at, how much of you are you hiding in relationship? "Are you willing to live life as you?"


    From vulnerability to allowance to the opening of you, Sam gets you to look at how willing are you to open be express your authentic self in relationship and the practice required.

  • 02. The Need of Understanding

    In today's episode of The Consciousness Express, Sam dives into the need of understanding and how that plays out in our lives.

    From the need to being understood by others and the need to understand others, Sam explores the ways in which we dynamically limit our lives, and keep ourselves stuck in other people's realities rather than creating from our own.
    "How many of us are not willing to step into our own difference because we're too busy trying to be understood by other people?"
    Sam highlights how important it is to embrace your difference, to not try to fit in and to choose people who have allowance of every part of you.
    "We diminish so much of us in order to be understood."
    Sam also speaks on how tied up we become in other people's worlds when we try to understand them, and how stuck we become when we're trying to figure out 'the why' of what people choose.
    "Don't stay stuck waiting on the why and trying to figure it out, because you will stay stuck, and you will stay attached to the person or situation."
