Boom clap! The sound of your (podcast) app! The talking goes on and on and on and on and! Coming to you from [REDACTED LOCATION] -- close to [REDACTED LOCATION] -- Chad is breaking all the rules in order to drop this show like it's hot. In a hurried manner, our boy covers NBC and The Rock's TITAN GAMES; CONAN's new half hour format; BUZZFEED laying off 15% of its workforce; Fox's terrible decision to air the terrible RENT: LIVE; and ABC's The Goldberg's spinoff, SCHOOLED, and why it's a show that was gentrified from its original premise. All that only on- Did you hear that?! Someone's coming! Gotta blast!
Check out part of Chad's interview with RON FUNCHES at the end! It should be up on the site by the end of the week! Exclamation points!

Not even rain or being forced to record in the car (again) can stop this bad boy of podcasting! Chad returns to the mic to discuss a litany of topics including what will happen to THE SIMPSONS after the DISNEY/FOX merger and all those OSCAR nominations. Plus, Chad tries to avoid eye contact with the large amount of people that walk by his car as he talks to himself. What else is new?!

A whole slew of news chewed its way into the zeitgeist this week. Chad dissects them all one by one by one by one by- you get the picture. Topics include the HULU and NETFLIX FYRE FESTIVAL documentaries that made their way onto the services within a few days of each other; streaming becoming just as pricey as cable; NBCUNIVERSAL heavily hinting about their upcoming streaming service; CBS FILMS disbanding and a focus on streaming; VIACOM laying off PARAMOUNT NETWORK staffers; and VICELAND's new two hour variety show and how it's a last hurrah for the network.

Chad's back in the car for this week's episode. This time, he's parked outside of a coffee shop he just went to. Also there is a dog park. Nevertheless, he persisted. Plus: HULU reaches 25 millions subscribers; ROKU's stock hits new highs (after some lows); and NETFLIX's most watched shows aren't the ones it owns...which means, once the contracts are up, the streamer is going to be in trouble. You're going to be in trouble if you don't listen to this episode, dang it!

Chad begins 2019 by giving the gift of bonus episode of The Constitutionals (or regular episode if he was able to get the last one out on time. He covers so many topics like MICKEY MOUSE becoming part of the public domain; ROKU's streaming service sounding like APPLE's; and NETFLIX no longer selling subscriptions via iTUNES. Plus way more. Too much more? Yeah, that sounds right. Chad missed doing this show.

With some free time on his hands, Chad sneaks away to see CREED II. He gushes about how good the series is. Plus: YouTube Premium's CHAMPAIGN ILL starring Adam Pally and Sam Richardson is good fun; A BAD MOM'S CHRISTMAS and DADDY'S HOME 2 are straight garbage; and details on CONAN O'BRIEN's new half hour series. Finally, CHANNING DUNGEY is joining Netflix after abruptly leaving ABC as President; FX NETWORKS said about 500 original shows aired in 2018; and there's sexual allegations being thrown in FRANKIE SHAW's corner on the set of the Showtime show SMILF.

So much is going on this week so Chad gets right to it. Not even a little foreplay there, bud? That's your favorite part! HULU and AT&T are bringing more ads (???) to their services but not in the traditional way. Speaking of AT&T, they're raising the price of online cable offering DIRECTV NOW. Also, working at NPR as a temp is stressful and “exploitative.” And, again speaking on the previous topic, we're getting a WAIT WAIT DON'T TELL ME show from NBCU! Maybe. It's been tried before.
Plus: Chad finally saw DEATH OF STALIN after renting it twice; the CW's ELSEWORLDS crossover of the Arrowverse shows was exceptional but CRISIS ON INFINITE EARTHS will be f-ing bonkers; and NAILED IT HOLIDAY is a great addition to the Nailed It franchise.

Chad returns to doing one podcast because he didn't get the job at WABE. He's over it. No, you shut up! Plus: sexy horror movie CAM! And how one WBUR producer made it to the top of the charts using not so savory methods.

Chad's in another weird place (physically) again as he records this episode in his car. Is this what having a real job is like? Also on the show: JASON MANTZOUKAS in THE LONG DUMB ROAD; the bubbly and treacherous SHE-RA AND THE PRINCESSES OF POWER; and ESPN+'s late night meets sports news show ALWAYS LATE WITH KATIE NOLAN. Plus: Chad's hybrid car model -- CHEVY VOLT -- has been outmoded. And YOUTUBE PREMIUM is going freemium less than a year after rebranding.
