(3:08) - These guys are called tier-one construction contractors. In the States, it can be called general contractors

(3:45) - The goal of the tier one is to make money

(5:41) - What happens is the tier one, in order to remove some of the risk from himself, will push the risk down onto the tier twos

(6:22) - The tier twos typically haven't got the resources, the time, or the expertise to be able to deal with reviewing those contracts and negotiating

(7:31) - When you're actually looking at the contracts themselves, the company will be defined as the name of that tier one, and the contractor will be defined as the name of the tier two
