The Contemporary Medium

This May marks 2 years that I committed to working with Deep Coach Tony Mitchell in his 90 Day Mastermind Program that he and his wife Lindsay Marino created in 2020! Nicole joins us at 35 weeks pregnant with her daughter after an 11-year journey with her daughter’s soul. The story is full of many twists and turns, but ultimately, she has always had a deep soul connection with this little one that she’s not been able to lay physical eyes on just yet.

After a traumatic injury and devastating health obstacles Nicole had major concerns for her overall health and carrying her little one to term with the healthy life she envisioned for her. In this Episode, I’m introducing you to Officer Vance Row of Yoga Rescue where is dream is to help you feel better. As a police officer of 22 years Vance understands the impact of how first responders handle the trauma they experience being in the line of duty. After spending 8 years of yoga practice at home Vance committed to going to get his teacher training certificate in efforts to bring yoga to the first responders. 

Vance’s commitment to helping his community is amazing. Upon completing his teacher training, he created Yoga Rescue. The Journey to Mediumship is not one that is linear for myself or my friend Michael. According to Michael, if you were to tell him he was a medium even just 8 years ago, there would be no way that he would even consider it possible.

The more professional mediums I Interview for this podcast the more I hear that talking to discarnate souls was not something that they even considered to pursue as a profession. And as with Michael, there are some now professional mediums that did not believe they were mediums until they started to be more open to it.

It’s also apparent that for those of us living as professional mediums that we may not have realized we could connect to the spirit world. It seems we are often led to mediumship through profound tragic situations. Is it the tragedy that provides the connection or have we been connected all along and didn’t consider it until that was all we had left to consider?

How Spirit Always Leads the Way

In this Episode, I share with you how spirit is always lining things up for us in the most amazing and magical way! I think you will agree that the way this all came together is absolutely mind blowing. We are always exactly where we are supposed to be at any given moment and this episode will help drive that important point home.

In the beginning of your mediumship journey, without validation from the living it’s hard to really know for sure or not you are receiving information from the spirit realm or if you have a wild imagination. Even if you feel it in every fiber of your being as truth you just don’t know until you present the information for validation. It’s as simple as that.

However, there are important ethics and boundaries guidelines with mediumship. You should never go running around giving mediumship readings at the grocery store, the car shop or even at the gym. It is never ever appropriate to approach anybody who has lost a loved one and give a message without them giving you permission. Even if you think it may help, you may do more harm than good if you don’t respect this simple yet important rule

It’s been a minute since I’ve just had an episode where I shared some personal stuff and some really helpful tools that I use in my own in life for forging ahead, healing, and doing better in my personal life and my professional life. I never thought that I would be sharing what I’m sharing today but these podcasts are intuitively guided and I do spend some time in silence asking what I need to share next or who I need to bring on the podcast.

A lot of what I’m discussing here are things that come up in great numbers in my readings. I meet so many people that have really worked courageously on their own personal healing and they’re often trying to understand in our sessions why they can't seem to push past some of the fears and misaligned beliefs and efforts to find the peace and love that they're truly seeking. So, I’ve decided to share my story and what I've found through my own personal healing and hope that it helps at least one person listening.

As you know, my way is not everybody's personal way. You know what’s best for you and others know what way is best for themselves. I encourage you to always come from a place of authenticity and follow the journey that's best for you. So, keeping your inner peace at the core of every decision that you make and how you engage with others, and where your energy flows through, are some of the steps that I share in this episode.

I feel like all of this will surely lead you in a great direction if you are struggling with loving yourself. And, with that I want to share the journey of how I got on the path of learning to love myself too.

• If you don’t want to do it for yourself, do it for your children (if you have them)

There's so much to explore when it comes to mediumship and past lives, soul contracts, soul families, and these clusters of different souls. Today, I wanted to explain the journey of the soul to provide some comfort to people who wish to understand what happens with the passing of a soul and what's going on there on the other side. 

When we're looking at the evolution of the soul, there’s that God-spark within us – the soul that is literally running 95% of our subconscious minds, in the decisions that we're making, and the lessons that we need to learn.

Through my experiences, my dreams, past life regressions, and tapping into those different past lives where I got to hang out with some beautiful souls that do Akashic Records, I got to understand so many modalities within the metaphysical world, along with the research I've done and the readings I've given.

Through mediumship, I'm able to connect people with their loved ones. And when we're connecting people with their loved ones, we're giving evidence that the soul continues. Their soul is very much alive here in the physical world through this lifetime, and it's very much alive in the spiritual realm through their transition. 

We're in this day and age right now where so many people are healing ancestral traumas. And there's so much out there to support you on your journey. Every breath that we take and every day that we have is another opportunity to get it right so we can help each other to journey back home – with a gentle, open heart – and with love.
