In this episode, I’ll show you step by step how you can generate 500% and more APY on hodling crypto with almost zero risk.
First of all, what is APY? APY stands for Annual percentage yield.
When you put your money to the Bank you can get between 0.01-0.02% APY which means if you put $10,000 on your checking account in Chase Bank your money will generate for you $1 a year.
Yes, you heard me right, $1 a year.
This is why within the next 10 years Banks and the current Centralized Financial system as a whole is going to be replaced with DeFi system.
What is DeFi? DeFi is a Decentralized Finance system that is going to make Banks, brokers, and other intermediaries like Fidelity or Charles Schwab obsolete, and allows a simple Joe like you and me to become a bank or a broker and generate passive income by providing liquidity to the market.
And this is already available and if you watch this video until the end and follow step-by-step guide you can start generating up to 500% APY and more in passive income today.
Crypto holders have three ways to generate passive income:
1. Lending – in this case, someone who has some popular crypto in his wallet, say a fraction of Bitcoin can lend it to someone who wants to borrow that fraction or a portion of the fraction.
And it doesn’t need to be only Bitcoin, there are a bunch of cryptocurrencies that people borrow and you as a lender receive daily interest which is paid in the same currency as landed, so if you lend Bitcoin, you receive interest daily in Bitcoin.
