Attachment: 1. an extra part or extension that is or can be attached to something to perform a particular function. 2. affection, fondness, or sympathy for someone or something. 

Some attachments are good for you and some aren't. When you release an unnecessary attachment it turns into something else for someone else. For instance a fear attachment for you may very well turn into strength or confidence for someone else. Because you released the ankle weight it became strength for that other person. If we never release it how will we know.

Do we deceive ourselves? Deceit: the action or practice of deceiving someone by concealing or misrepresenting the truth.

Unstoppable: impossible to stop or prevent. The turkey or any animal, the legs and thighs are the parts that work the hardest. Therefore, when it's time to take on a task, they are unstoppable. It is the best part of them. It's moist, tasty and desirable. What are you working to make your business/your life {moist}, flowing {tasty}, attractive/desirable? 

We must set ourselves free. Forgiveness isn't condoning the wrong or acting as if it never happened--you're simply letting it go.
