Black female serial killers are the rarest form of serial killers and between 1974 and 1982, one woman in Little Rock, Arkansas managed to kill four of her own children. The murders were attributed at first to SIDS but an eagle eye coroner and a local doctor noticed something was wrong…something was very wrong with Debra Sue Tuggle.
