Service is at the heart of Andrei's philosophy : His family having ran restaurants ever since he was a kid, and observing how they operated , an invaluable premium was placed upon it.
This philosophy has in turn rewarded him many times over : focusing on finding ways to serve others would indelibly put you in situations where you will create alot of goodwill and positivity within your environment.
Having moved backed to Singapore in 2012, Andrei opened The Cajun Kings, a Cajun seafood boil concept , the first of its kind in the country.
This paved the way for him to open Park Bench Deli subsequently, an American-style deli reminiscent of the sandwiches he had grown to love in California and New York.
Today, Andrei boasts more than fifteen years of hard-earned experience in the food and beverage industry.
From his days as a culinary research and development chef to his most recent experiences as an entrepreneur, Andrei commits himself to working hard and figuring out exactly how he can make his customers’ experiences with him better.
