Hi, Patrizia. Thank you for joining me.

Dr. Patrizia Collard:

Hello. Nice to join you, Rose.

Rose:

Absolutely. So I just want to jump into who you are and what you do because you deal with a complex range of different therapies and modalities. Can you give me a brief overview and then, we’ll go into the deeper meanings of them.

Dr. Patrizia Collard:

Okay. Well, where to start? So I’m a psychotherapist, which is obviously a person who helps people with mental health issues, starting from stress to much more serious ones like trauma and shame, etcetera. I’m also a mindfulness and self-compassion teacher and trainer. So I teach individuals, groups, but I then also take people further who wants to become teachers themselves. So I’m also a trainer of such people.

Dr. Patrizia Collard:

I also run general life coaching classes. I give talks to small and big audiences all over the world. And I also travel and train people, well, at least everywhere in Europe. I haven’t been asked to come to Australia yet. And although I’ve been to Australia a number of times because I love diving, so I also dive, but that’s nothing to do with my profession with mindfulness because I really think there’s a very strong connection between sort of being in the water, under the water, observing and just being in the moment.

Dr. Patrizia Collard:

So apart from that, I’m also, not to forget, an author and I’ve co-written three academic books and now I’m just finishing my 11th book on mindfulness, self-compassion, meditation. And that’s what I’m just finishing this week, actually.

Rose:

Yeah. Wow. See, that’s a very wide ranging list of things. So let’s dig into them a bit deeper because I know you’re a cognitive behavioral psychotherapist. Can you tell me what that means?

Dr. Patrizia Collard:

Yes. Okay.

We’re doing really good Roy, thank you. Today, I want to talk about the Life Path Numbers because that’s one of the numbers that most people when they hear of numerology, that’s the one number that they go and learn straight away. Firstly, can you tell me what is the Life Path Number?

Ry Kirkland:

Yeah, sure. Absolutely. Well, see, in numerology, we mostly concentrate on the numbers in a numerology chart that are called the significant sums. In other words, we add numbers together in a numerological way to find a particular number. And of them, the number one number that we look for is Life Path Number. What it is, it’s the sum of the month, day and year of birth. All three of these are significant on their own but when you put them together, they become the Life Path Number. And this is really important to know because some people think, “Well, if I’ve got this Life Path Number, then I know it all.” That’s not true. The Life Path Number breaks itself up in real lines and does all sorts of things but one thing that’s important to know about the Life Path Number is that it cannot be changed.

Ry Kirkland:

Now, when we calculate the Life Path Number, we add up the month, day and year of birth. And when we say add, it also means reducing them to a number between one and nine. One of the single digit numbers. In the old days, those were the only numbers that numerologists used to work with but nowadays we also work with what are called Master Numbers, in this case, which are 11 and 22. I mention 11 and 22 specifically because 22 is the highest of the Master Numbers that we can get as a subtotal. In other words, say somebody was born on such and such a date and we start adding up their numbers and we come down to an 11 or a 22.

Rose:                                   Now you’ve amassed sort of nearly 2 million YouTube subscribers, and you’re really well known in the sleep meditation realms and you’ve actually guided me to sleep a fair few times. So I just wanted to get an understanding about how you actually got into this. Where did it all start for you?

Jason Stephenson…:          Oh, well, that’s such a huge question. Well, I guess two components to that, Rose, the first one being that when did meditation come into my life. And, basically, it really sort of got… I got deeper into it probably about 15, 17 years ago now, and I signed up for a 10-day Buddhist monastic retreat and it was a strict monastic retreat, no talking for 10 days, two meals a day, hair shaved off, robes, the full works. And that, that was a pivotal point, a life-changing, one of those life-changing moments because at the time I’d come out of abusing alcohol and drugs and my life was a little bit of a mess. I went into that, and so there was a lot of stuff I had to deal with, a lot of crap that was coming to the surface.

And so I found that that meditation retreat helped me no end, literally changed me within those 10 days. I didn’t go back into meditation, but just sort of spasmodically, but it wasn’t until it was almost like this calling. I started a YouTube channel to help promote a website that I was building. And I had no idea. I put up one guided meditation for children and I put up a relaxation music track, and then nothing happened for six months, eight months and I didn’t think much of it. And then all of a sudden, one video took off. And then I realized, people said, “Oh, do you do meditation for adults?

I’m really well. Thank you. So without further ado, I just want to get into the numerology of 2020. A lot of people are asking on our socials at the minute, what is 2020? What is the numerology of it? And did the numbers foretell that the first six months of 2020 were going to be the way they were? And really, I suppose that’s a double-pronged question. What does it mean for the rest of the year?

 

Roy:

Yeah. Well, there are a lot of answers to this question because 2020, through most of next year as well has been a landmark year in astrology. Okay? So numerology alone is a little bit different because we’re working with a specific calendar. Okay? Now what happens is that a lot of people who work with this calendar and do something like numerology and studying cycles found out a while ago that during 2020, we’d get a convergence of different identified cycles that have been calculated by experts in these scientific groups that study patterns in the world.

Thanks. I’m so excited to speak with you, too. I’ve been looking at your YouTube videos and your Instagram and those kinds of things and I’m so excited to chat to you. I’d really like to [inaudible 00:01:18] something a bit about who you are and what you do. Can you tell us a little bit about that?

Eadig:

Sure. I am a pagan YouTube creator. I mostly talk about witchcraft and paganism, but I also dive into other subjects like… What other subjects do I dive into? Alchemy has been huge recently, also soulmates and twin flames, as well as… Yeah, just all different types of magic and using the runes and geomancy for divination and just a lot of different things that coincide with magic, and I teach people how to use it and manifest their goals with certain types of magic.

Rose Foster:

Absolutely. Now, I did just want to talk about the divination tools you use. Which tools for divination do you use most often and why do you use them?

Eadig:

Most often, I use runes and geomancy. With runes, actually, it’s interesting. I learned them when I was in middle school. My best friend at the time and I used to write notes to each other in runes, decoded messages and everything, and after a couple of years doing that,
