Jenna had a car "accident" the week we recorded this and in this episode we talk about what showed up through this experience and the reflections on the perfection of everything.

Seeing the everyday practice of who we are choosing to be and being in that training and  having that show up when we are under extreme stress or shock is being a gift and reminder that the day to day inner work is for these moments that life gift us to remember who we are.
