It's important to take care of the things we invest in, such as our cars, computers, steno machines, etc... everything requires maintenance in order to keep working smoothly. Same goes for us! Since WE are our most important assets, then we must take care of ourselves first in order to take care of our businesses as well as our loved ones. We can't show up fully for anyone else if we don't first do it for ourselves. This Mother's Day I didn't want to let it pass by without recording a special episode commemorating my mom as well as all the moms out there sacrificing themselves without receiving any acknowledgement for it... well here it is! I want to acknowledge and commend you for all the hard work you're doing of putting all your heart, mind, soul and strength into raising a family AND working, juggling between work and family is something that we all struggle with here in America, and sometimes you just need a moment of celebration for all the amazingness you offer to the world.
